Very good resistance bands that do not start rolling when you use them for different exercises. Tight and good, and durable! Genius but a small bag to keep them together in would also be great. Then you won't lose them :)

I am very satisfied with the product! They can be used for so many different things, and are absolutely fantastic with the varied resistance of the three bands. Not to mention, the colors are fresh and they seem very stable ☺️
